Independent Agile Consultant, Trainer and Coach
Since 1997, Andrew has been working with agile methods, and from 2001 onwards, he has played an instrumental role as a consultant, trainer, and coach, aiding individuals and organisations in adopting agile ways of working. As Product Architect at the Agile Business Consortium, Andrew helped shape and integrate several methods and frameworks, most recently AgilePM® v3. He is now refocusing on advancing agile methodology and assisting organisations in their agile transformation and in building agile capabilities.
