Scope of the certification

The Service Management System of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) Directorates that supports the provision of the ‘Critical Category’ IT Services identified within the Service Catalogue, to internal users, NHS Health Boards, NHS Trusts, Primary Care services, Special Health Authorities, Welsh Government and other agreed Wider Public Sector Organisations in Wales from Ty Glan-yr-Afon and Technium sites.
