Rajiv Khanna is a very good trainer. His sessions are excellent. During the interactive web sessions, he takes care of everyone on the course and makes sure everyone gets opportunity to ask questions and clear doubts.

The course itself was very interesting and the theory gained will help me achieve the necessary success when delivering change initiatives at work. Raj is a knowledgeable trainer and delivers the material in a way that allows you to absorb the information in an effective way. De training was over het algemeen effectief voor mij, ik had niet veel tijd om het hele handboek te lezen dus de meeste van mijn kennis kwam uit mijn aantekeningen en jouw sessies. Bedankt voor een geweldige leerervaring. Ik vond je manier van lesgeven echt gemakkelijk te begrijpen en vond alle voorbeelden die je gaf leuk, wat me hielp de vragen in het examen te beantwoorden. Ik was in het begin niet zo enthousiast over het WebEx (webinar) idee maar het werkte echt goed! Nogmaals bedankt.. en hopelijk doe ik binnenkort nog een cursus bij je.

This was my first experience of this style [webinar] of training, and I was slightly apprehensive to start with, but I think the approach works really well in the group size that we had. The interaction was well controlled/moderated, so we all got to discuss in an orderly way. I think I got just as much out of the course compared to a face to face session but with no expense and environmental impact of traveling.

I was a bit sceptical to begin with doing the course from home. But, as you know, it worked extremely well, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of doing a course in my pyjama's. The interaction was great, and my learning has mushroomed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. As a trainer you pitched it just right and your style of teaching is excellent. The support and advice you give has been priceless. I will be now begin to start to use what I have learnt to make my work life better. Everyone needs to do this course no matter what type of role they are in, it is invaluable and can be applied everywhere. Thank you so much. PS: I also did the exam in my pyjama's! Honestly.

Uitstekende training verzorgd door Raj Khanna Associates die me veel tijd heeft bespaard. De aanpak was zeer goed gestructureerd, de kernconcepten werden duidelijk en beknopt uitgelegd. Na 6 jaar als Project Manager in een grote organisatie te hebben gewerkt, heb ik waardevolle inzichten opgedaan die zeker de manier waarop ik werk zullen verbeteren.
