The IT Service Management System of following departments of SYSCOM Computer Engineering Company that supports the provision of services stated below from Taipei Head Office of SYSCOM Computer Engineering Company. 1. Computer Center (CMPC) department provides internal IT Infrastructure Services including Information Help Desk Service, OA Application Service, System Monitoring Service, Computer Room Facilities Operation and Maintenance Services and Maintenance Service for Servers, Core Network Devices and Core Storage Equipment to internal customers and users. 2. Security Operation Center (SOC) department provides Information Security Help Desk and Monitoring Services to contractual customers. 3. Software Development Process Master (SDPM) department provides development, operation and management services for project monitoring and management platform for all customer projects to internal PMO.
